We've had a rough winter here in the northern plains, but the snow has finally melted, and I was able to take our Boxster out for a drive yesterday, with the top down. I don't know much about 944's, but there is a good article in the April issue of Excellence magazine, with values for used 924, 944, and 968's, and buying tips. Based on the values listed, your car is priced low. In my opinion, the purchase price is almost irrelevant for a car this old; paying a few thousand more for a car in good shape with a good service history is the way to go. Clearly, the miles on this car are high, but if it's in good condition, and if you don't plan on putting another 100,000 miles on it in the next few years, it might be a great buy. Good luck.
John.
