I've always thought the new Nissan Altima was a very clean, well proportioned design, in spite of the clear tail lights. What in the heck happened to the Maxima? Ugly from any angle sums up my feelings about the new Maxima.
Was the Altima styled by the Italians like the Datsun 510 or the first early 80's Sentras? The Maxima is definitely not from any of the Italian design houses. It doesn't even look like Nissan Design of California, it looks in house = ugly.
And the new full size pick-up and the Armada, don't get me started........
