Followed by an Alfa Romeo 4C for 20 miles tonight Posted by MI-Roger [Email] (#882) [Profile/Gallery] (more from MI-Roger) on Wed, 20 Nov 2013 16:11:36 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
For almost twenty miles of my commute home tonight, north on I-275 from the extreme south end, I was followed by a white Alfa Romeo 4C. When I first saw it in my rear view mirror I thought it was a Veyron based on the nose, then I realized it was the new Alfa.
The driver refused to go faster than 72MPH and also refused to pass me when I slowed so I could see the side and rear profiles. This car had black stripes applied to the white paint to accent specific creases and profiles of the body. Strange. The stripes may have been 1-1/2 inches wide.
Sharp looking car. Almost a moving traffic jam with everyone looking at the car to determine what it was. Also wider than I expected from the magazine articles I have read.
