smog (same as CA). To make it OBDII compliant, you just have to install
and wire the rear oxygen sensor. I don't believe there is a
unigue "OBDII cat", unless it means it has a bung for the rear sensor.
Frank can disable, in the ECU s/w, the rear cat.
