Yes, the bushing is the one in the shifter housing, at the front, through which the shift rod slides. It's a black rubber donut (there's also a nylon sleeve between the rod and the donut). The bushing can fatigue and fail, which makes the shifter quite sloppy. Note that you need to remove the shift shaft from the housing to replace this bushing, so if you don't have the time or patience to do this, eh, don't sweat it.
