there are dozens of parts. a full step by step handholder site probably does not exist.
you need a manual, bentley 16v.
you need a 85-93 16v donor car, the newer the better:
turbo oil lines, and water lines if water cooled turbo
lower radiator hose
turbo, and mount bracket
entire intake tract up to the manifold, including throttle, incl. intercooler, bypass valve, excl. air meter
vacuum lines/fittings for bypass valve and line to boost gauge
line/fittings for pressure relief (on the valve cover)
entire exh system, from manifold to tailpipe, incl. bracket on trans.
heat shield above muffler
fuel injectors, but not pressure regulator
distributor (fix so it does not advance, only retard). also, wiring if plug is different from your car's. set timing to 16 degrees.
ECU - must be LH2.2 Turbo to work in your car
tach - with boost gauge
to run more than 7 or 8 psi, get these items from a Turbo too:
APC system: controller, APC solenoid/plumbing, knock sensor, wiring, pressure sensor stuff under dash, vac hoses, etc. piggyback the sensor on top of the existing one using a longer bolt - EZK needs its own sensor.
intake camshaft
