I have used both moly-grease and copper based anti-seize on spark plugs for many years in steel and aluminum heads. I have not really found one to be preferable over the other, for spark plug use at least.
The rule in the aviation world is no lubricant on the last three threads on the spark plug, period. The problem is concern with the lubricant contaminating the spark plug electrode rather than contaminating the oil.
