I had a big problem with Swedish Dynamics also. I bought their red series fuel eprom (aka fuel chip) for my classic 900T with the LH2.4 system. I added mods and needed more fuel. Gary said I should send the chip to him and he'd re-map it for me for free!!! I couldn't refuse. I spent a day at the Dyno spent $70 to get readings, then sent the chip and printouts to Gary at S.D. After a few weeks of my calling, I finally got a messege back saying they were swampped and couldn't get around to remapping my chip for some time. Then after more time passed, I called again for an update and Gary said his Tech, Jay, could figure out how to make a proper fuel curve for my classic 900T with the normal 250-275HP mods. Then I spent time trying to get him actually on the phone to talk with him and he said he had to abandon the project. So I asked him to ship the fuel chip back to me. The chip didn't seem to work right when I got it back! Worse than before. So I spent a day at the dyno, hours waiting to get it on, fuel cost to and from the performance shop, and $70 bucks plus insured shipping, just to have Gary ignore my calls and waste my time for months! It was amazing to me, since Gary was usually a stand up guy, but this scenario made me question the integrety of Swedish Dynamics. So ask ten people, you'll get ten different answers. All I can recommend is to try JAK Stoll performance, or Group 9 Performance as a back up. You have my sympathies. These companies can be infuriating when we are spending money on their products and there is no tech support!!!
