Couple initial thoughts:
Instead of messing around with RRFPRs, I'd talk to Jak about a chip for your fuel injection ECU. It's a cleaner solution, and introduces no new parts to fail or tweak. His chip works with your ECU and your injectors, so you're set there.
I think you may be confused about the nature of the AMM resistor mod. The only thing it does is fool the fuel injection computer into thinking you're running less boost than you are. This not only prevents you from hitting the ~16psi fuel cutoff built into the ECU, but effectively allows you to run bigger injectors at lesser duty cycles. I'm pretty sure Jak's chip gets you around this, too.
