I experimented a bit, and finally settled on 50% for the front, and 75% for the rear. Of course, they have to be adjusted OFF the car, which is a pain I know. Some guys say that they make a "click" sound when you are adjusting, but that must have been with other applications, because I did not find this to be the case. Anyway, I marked the strut housing and the shaft and measured the total turns on each shock to begin with, and then divided by whatever I needed to to get the actual number of turns I needed for the stiffness. For example I think the fronts had a total of 2.5 turns (check this yourself as I'm a bit fuzzy on that), so for 50% I turned 1.5 turns. The rears had a different total, so check each shock to be sure. Hopefully this makes sense. It's not going to be exact mind you, but you can get pretty close. Let me know if you have problems.
