Viggen BPV questions

Hey all, I'm somewhat new to the Performance board, so I'm sorry if this is a noobie question. I just bought a Forge piston BPV (FMCL007P from GS) to replace my leaking OEM BPV. My question is, which spring should I use in it? I left the green spring in there, the weakest (5-15psi), but doesn't a stock viggen put out like 20-25? I obviously don't want to blow up my turbo, but I'm not going to do much more to the car performance wise (all I have is an open air intake, the new BPV, rear swaybar and steering rack brace). Some wisdom from the performance gods would be greatly appreciated :)
