It lists for $199 but I bought mine from an e-tailer for close to $120 before a $40 manufacturer's rebate which put it closer to $80!
Device can be upgraded over an internet connection to inlcude new diagnostic codes and updates as they are released by unit manufacturer and auto manufacturers. There is another charge to purchase the software and cable to do this however, ~$45.
I have successfully used it on my 2000 9-5 as well as my son's 2002 Pontiac. This device is CAN compliant, the least expensive units often aren't.
