If you are running a MBC+A, the BPC cannot be the problem as it is fully bypassed. If it is buzzing(which is shouldn't be) it shouldn't matter as it is not in control of the boost.


Are you running the stock BPV? If so, that could be failing and not holding the pressure.

To diagnose a MBC+A problem, turn the anticipator all the way closed(CCW).
Take a run...

Pull the hose going from the turbo to the anticipator and take another run. This will isolate the anticipator. If your boost is better with the turbo to anticipator unhooked, there is your culprit. if that is the case, give me a shout. I have not heard of one case where the air pressure regulator used as the anticipator has gone bad. I probably hae the longest running MBC+A our there and there have been no issues with it, but there is always a first.
