Hi,
The way I see it you have several issues, which actually make me wonder why your indy installed a GT28RS and not a smaller turbo...
1) The significantly increased flow will screw up your A/F ratio quite severely. T5 is able to adapt slightly, but not to the extent that it can compensate for this big a change
2) Your auto tranny definetely doesn't appreciate that high levels of torque. Anything beyonnd 270-280 ft-lbs is starting to push it...
What you need to do is either drive that car very carefully until you get a proper software for the car (which would actually imply a custom tune in your case) or replace the turbo with something more "sensible".
Either way, I would suggest you remove the #5 fuse to disable the APC valve. This will reduce boost to base boost. You will need to check your base boost of course, but I would expect it to be 0,6 bar with the stock GT28RS wastegate.
Best regards,
KK
