91 900 turbo. SD APC, SD fuel chip and 30lb injectors, 2.5" full exhaust.
All the sudden after boosting the 18-20 for a few weeks. i can no longer get more tha 9-10 psi. checked all pipes and hoses and replaced any thing that seemed worn.
i checked timing under boost and it is 10 bdtc and 18 on idle.I checked the turbo and it spins fine. I checked the bpv and it is holding boost and vacum. Alp hoses and vacume lines seems ok and tight.
I do not hear any leaks when under boost. I checked the waste gate and it is moving and it does have a helper spring. .... so what is it.

I found that the apc solenoid is getting consant power when ever the key is on. and it does not click when brakes applied. so i swapped the SD box with a stock one. Now the selonid clicks when brakes applied.
Ok so i did isolation test. where you disconect the waste gate hose and still no boost more than 8-9 psi. I did the test with both apc boxes and without and still can not hit more than 8-9 psi. again the waste gate moves when pumping pressure into it and it slams shut when pressuer released.
I am wondering if the solniod could be bad and bleeding pressure from the compressor side. but I never had this happend before and wondering what to do to safely check it. Or is their some where else to look? or any other tset i should preform.
