Its tuff to do perfect, but what has been working well for me is to use the E-brake to hold the car and then slip the clutch and start to let it out some so the engine is getting loaded and the turbo starts spooling and then as the lights come down I let just a hair more clutch out and it really loads the engine and spools the turbo and then light goes green and I am off the e-brake and moving forward without spinning if I am lucky and then I roll into the throttle, not matting it right away and slowly roll into it trying to keep it just below breaking loose badly... I have been launching at 3200-3500rpm, let it catch and then roll into the throttle and maybe 75% the way through, I matt it and this one great time, it did not spin, it hooked and shot me forward like a rubber band :-)
