Perhaps you need a modified ECU... The boost controller with anticipator is OK, but is certainly not as capable as a reprogrammed ECU in producing consistant power.
My 1998 900SET has been dyno tested with 193 wheel hp at 16 PSI of boost, and yes it has an automatic transmission.
As you try to reach higher boost prressures there are some weak areas that need to be addressed. You will want a upgraded boost pressure by-pass/diverter valve, new (possibly even thick walled silicone) vacuum tubing. Higher power means more stress on the engne and transmission. So use premium synthetic oil and transmission fluid and change them often. Personally I use Mobil 1 0W-40 oil and oil filters, as well as Mobil 1 ATF.
