Also need the wiring for the BPC valve. You could run a MBC with a wideband 02 sensor plus gauge and maybe some sort of led light that came from the knock sensor that would light up when you detected knock, but then it's still at the drivers discretion to let off before internal engine parts become external engine parts. I ran my 900S lpt conversion at 7psi for a year or so and it ran fine, just make sure you always use 93oct. The car was junk and headed to the scrap heap, so i decided to have fun with it and pull the wastegate hose. I had a lot of awesome runs at 17psi before i ceased a piston ring to the piston because of all the heat. It started smoking and puking out the oil dipstick, but it was worth it.
