Well, not "everything" but it is very important in reducing charge temperatures - that's why it's there in the first place!
Once it gets hot, though (called "heat soak") it's not able to reduce intake charge temps, and you start getting knock, which APC detects and dials the boost back.
WASAAB900 - In the classifieds, there are red boxes for sale, and also resistor kits & instructions to modify your own - depending on how much power you want, you might need to increase fueling to go with the additional boost - decide how much power you want first, then do your homework!
