Do not light the torch! Please be careful with any of these suggestions. I would crack open the propane torch into the air intake but only after the idle RPM is stable. Once you open the torch valve, the flow of the unburned propane should make the idle rise. Turn off the valve and see that it returns to normal idle RPM. Do this a few times to see how the engine reacts. Once you have a feel for the response of the propane's ability to increase the idle, go to various vacuum connection points and see if the idle RPM has a similar increase. If you experience an increase in RPM while at a specific connection, then you know you have a leak, and it is allowing propane into the intake manifold. Correct leaks as required and continue to track them. Good luck!
