The Eibach springs will lower less than the Koni's. Both will be lower than stock Viggen springs.
Both seem to lower the back more than the front, to give the car a much more level appearance rather than the leaned forward stock look.
I have the Koni kit in MN and love it. Just drove the car Milwuakee WI and back to Minneapolis in a 12" snow storm and was not having too much problem with dragging the bottom. I haven't scraped the bumper in a very long time since I've adjusted my driving to go sllloooohttp://www over everything, and never pull into parking spots all the way.
