I'm not sure I follow. Of course a car is going to sag with additional load. That's just physics. Are you towing a trailer? If so, you may want to focus on minimizing tongue weight instead of the car's suspension. If you're hauling heavy loads in the hatch, a bit of sag shouldn't be a major issue. I suppose a 9-5 could have tire wear issues with camber changes from the IRS if you're hauling for a lot of miles?
If you're hauling regularly, consider a set of aftermarket self leveling shocks or adjustable air bags, either one of which should fix you up without a major compromise in handling. Standard shocks won't make a diference no matter how stiff they are; that's not their job. Even a set of cheesy 'helper springs' from JC Whitney will do the job temporarily if you're moving a heavy load long distances, like towing a trailer for a long trip or what have you. I suppose spring rubbers could fill a similar role, but I personally haven't heard of anyone using them for load leveling.
