I've GT28R 0.64 and dynoed 250 chp /w only ~1.1 bar of boost.
Will have it dyno again when my engine has been properly broke-in to see how much would it go for stage 5 boost...
AFAIK, GT28R pulls well upto 320 hp, while the GT28RS 0.64 which is considerable an upgrade for GT28R, could pull to 350-360 chp w/o problem.
Note that on turbo mat, GT28RS could be max out at around 1.8 bar of boost, while GT28R only running out of breath at 1.5 bar. So I think with GT28RS you would need atleast 1.7 bar to get to 350 hp.
.
my 2 cents :)
