Can't see how improving the rear brakes would give you oversteer as such - nothing will happen till you use them - just that if they were to lock up that would make the car unstable under braking, and braking into a corner will always reduce your grip. Certainly with the 9000 nobody seems to bother much with improving the rear brakes. Apart from anything else, when you brake weight transference means the fronts are doing all the work. You could maybe just upgrade the pads?
