Green, but be aware of poor spring temper....... I put the green in my car after a little experimenting, but then experienced excessive blow-by due to the spring softening in use. I still have the green spring installed but now have a couple of fender washers (much cheaper than Forge's spacers!) in there also to pre-load the spring.
Has worked great for over a year now in this configuration.
