I doubt the customer wants me to swap heads just for the hell of it but it is an interesting question
the pocket work is where allot of improvement can be made with these heads
I spent allot of time in the pocket
the exhaust will also benifit allot from the pocket work
raising & widening the port roof so the air has a more strait shot at the valves the port are classic methods to improve flow
I see many people work on the opening only but these are totally opened up all the way through
this is not an NA car where you are relying only on tricks too help with port velocity so much as we have the turbo pushing air through bigger is better in this case IMHO we also have turbine & housing size to shape the power curve as well....
the intake valves will all be back cut as well
the ported head will work better Ive done many many heads for NA & turbo car, although I dont write that well.... I have spent allot of time with old time engine builders & have read up allot on this subject
I do understand you are just a super curious guy I appreciate you making it clear that it wasent personal because I have definatly fealt that way before
we will see on the dyno what the car does :-)
