Has anyone heard of Epartsland tunes?

So in the countless hours I spend on ebay I came across this "epartsland" who is listing staged ecu's for $165. Knowing that one will often get what he pays for, I'm obviously weary, but can't help but be equally as curious. I've looked at the T5 suite, looked all over on "ecuproject", and read as much as I could find about performing these tunes on your own; and it really didn't sound like it would be all that difficult for anybody with an eye for detail to undertake. With that said, I think the only way for anybody who isn't Jak Stoll, Taliaferro, or the like to make any money selling something like this is to drastically undercut their prices. After all, $500 is something that most people have to plan and save up for months, but with tax returns falling into bank accounts, $165 could be an impulse buy. I've asked this guy just about every question I can think of, and it's clear that he's new on the scene with under 50 tunes, but seems honest and knowledgeable, and is committed to customer support after the sale. He also states his tunes are a bit more modest with stage 3 being only 250hp, but without an upgraded intercooler. Any insight?
