Fellow Saaber's

Over the weekend I became a happy owner of a 2004 Arc Convertible with 5spd manual...

The car is great, unlike older 9-3 it does not shake or flex as badly but
I do however have a complaint about suspension, which I understand is far cry from the Aero version and does not perform very well. (handling)
I am going to change the wheels to 17 in a few days but wonder if you could steer me towards the most efficient suspension upgrades I could and should do.
What upgrades I should do first? What are the most cost effective ones?Should I get more Aero spec parts or go the after market route (like Aero owners). Please let me know as I am looking forward to having even more fun with the car,
