First off, is the car a 93 or a 96? if its a 96 then i was under the impresssoin it did not ever leave the factory with TCS.
im asuming its a 93, the kit will not delete TCS, if will just give it an off button, you will still have all the mechanicl issues asoiated with TCS even after this switch is installed
to do a swap, you would need to do so re-wireing work, and have the ECU reflashed to non TCS status
