Maptun performance

Does anyone have any experience with Maptun products or service? Does anyone have there 6 speed gearbox? I need a stronger gearbox and have not received a good response when trying to communicate with them. I cannot tell if there is a language barrier,just poor service, or if they are scamming. The complete Maptun Quaife gearbox is what I am trying to obtain, can anyone advise?
