In my opinion neither. If you aren't aiming for more than 350-360 hp, I'd go with a GT28RS 0.64. Faster spool up than either. If you want more power the GT3071 is the natural choice.

I know that some will say that the GT28RS can't handle more than 320 HP, but I know from personal experience on a B234 engine that 350-360 hp is no problem at all.

19T would be much easier for you though, since you have an Aero. You'd need to get downpipe and oil/water lines fabricated for either Garrett GT. With the GT3071 you'd also need a custom exhaust manifold.
