'Junkyard' performance upgrades

I have recently picked up a few junkyard pieces for some fun but modest performance upgrades to my 92 900 turbo. It is currently stock, running 12 pounds of boost. I got a Volvo 740 with all hoses + 9000 ic hoses, a 3 bar fpr, a spare apc that I've modded per the 900aero site, plus a steel diff rally cover to help stop the trans from flexing. I was wondering what the expected hp output of these mods would come to?

I've read that I should mod the vac advance, but I haven't looked into the details of it.

Also, is there anything else I should consider while I'm adding in the fun parts (cat delete, etc)?
