I'd suggest posting on the 9-5 board as this doesn't really seem like a "performance" issue, ie it's not related to the mods made to the car.
The 1137 code may just be a bad oxygen sensor - do you know if it's ever been replaced? If not it's probably time for a new one.
The 0455 code is an evaporative emissions leak, and that one can be a real bear to track down. The o-ring on the pump was a good guess but since you've checked it twice that's probably not the issue. Sometimes it's as simple as the gas cap (is it tight? gasket in good condition?), other times it's more complicated. It could turn out to be the gas tank itself.
