Viggen Oil Change Question

Does anyone have any shortcuts to raise the car for oil changes. I hate having to remove that little molding piece so you can get at the jack points. And then you really have fun finding a place for the jack stands. (Yes I always use them) I tried ramps, but I cannot find a set with low enough clearance. Any suggestions?
