Actually , I have been involved with the testing of the Chip Center products and I am not sure you have used any of those Companies you mentioned. I was probably one of the first to use the Abbot ECU, when they offered 65hp on the NG900 and while I love the Abbot stuff I would not necessarily swear by them over any one else. I have had the Chip Center ECU since May 2001 and have no problems including pass inspection in NJ. We also have their ECU in a 1999 Viggen and a 1999 9-5 along with their JR performance air filters for both cars and a set of HR springs which are the best I've used after Intrax and the others I tried. Chip Center's products are of excellent quality and the springs are a joy even with konis in the NY netro area. Dare I say finally a Viggen that boost 20 psi+
