If you search through the archives you'll find a report from earlier this year after my day at the track. This included over 1 hour of track time (3 sessions, 20+ minutes per session) at Waterford Hills raceway here in metropolitan Detroit. Repeated HARD stops (95mph to about 15mph) on the back straight were surefooted and stable all day long. Not a hint of fade at all and no damage to any parts whatsoever. The only thing I did was bleed the brakes and replace all brake fluid before I headed to the track.
The brakes are awesome and should always serve you well. If It's increased stopping power you're after, then replace your stock 215/45-17 tires with 225/45-17 as I did back in March. The bigger footprint will slow the car much quicker and are a better investment than the drilled rotors.
