...and they are wearing very well. I've used them at autocrosses and at one track event. They handled phenomenally in both instances and the tire wear is significantly LESS than the OEM Dunlops, even though the Yoko's have a softer tread compound. In a tirerack performance test they commented how much better and more even the treadwear was on the AVS Sports over the S-02s (discontinued) and the Dunlop SP Sport 9000s.
When I got my tires last March Bridgestone had just announced the S-03's but they were not yet available. If they had been, I'd probably have them on my car. But I'm not at all disappointed in the Yoko's. They really improve the performance of the car in every regard.
With respect to the "Viggen Dance", no, the tires do not diminish it at all. What you are feeling is not torque steer but suspension compliance under heavy loading and the wider tires don't help at all.
The Michelins are nice tires but too pricey in my opinion. And I've never had good experiences with Firestones so they don't interest me at all. Personally, I don't think you'd be making a mistake with either the S-03s or the AVS Sports.
