Problems with 30# & RRFPR (90 SPG)

Hey everyone
I installed the Bosch 30# injectors in conjunction with my Trent RRFPR (which was set at 3.2bar), as stated, and everything seemed to be OK, until I looked at my higher than usual idle which was about 1400 RPMs. I had a 300ohm resistor in line with the AMM's orange wire.
After calling Brad @ George's Imports, he helped me out.
I now have the RRFPR set to about 2.7bar with a 300ohm resistor. Idle jumps from 1500-1800. Then drops down to 1300, repeating the cycle. Reads one bar rich on my A/F gauge when coasting in neutral.
When the car has been off.. and it is started, then left in neutral -- it idles perfectly. Just under 1000 RPMs. As soon as is it driven, not just rev'ed in neutral, it starts with the wack-o idle.
Brad told me to get the Trent RRFPR down to about 2bar, but oddly, it will not adjust that far down. It goes to only 2.5bar, then the adjustment screw comes out. Here's the weird part... when it is adjusted down to 2.5bar with the vacuum hose disconnected and blocked, then reconnected, the pressure does not change. It stays at 2.5bar. Disconnected or connected.
I had also tried the 2.5bar adjustment with a 470ohm resistor. Even rougher idle.
So far I've tried... (bar measurments mean when the vacuum hose is disconnected from the RRFPR and blocked off)
300ohm/ 3.2bar
400ohm/ 3.2bar
300ohm/ 2.8bar
470ohm/ 2.8bar
I'm either going to have to get some 24# injectors, or remove the RRFPR and replace with a 2.5bar FPR or get rid of the 30# injectors. I loved my RRFPR when it was with the stock injectors, but it didn't get enough fuel especially during higher boost. Now that I'm getting more fuel with the 30# injectors, it's too much!
What do you guys think? I'm not just giving up here, really trying lots of combonations trying to get it right. I'm really lost to why I can't get this tuned right!
Thanks -- any help appreciated
Taylor
