Hey David,

It can be done. But it will be tough. Your car will easily be off the roads for several days, maybe two weeks, of installing and perfecting everything. Even though it's difficult, I thought about doing it to my old (sold) 89 900S/pg kit. It sounds like a fun project, especially if you have the time, patience, and know how.

You can go to a junkyard, and rip apart any 900T. Try to get 91+ because it has the Mitsubishi turbo, and some other stuff, but any year will work.

Here's a list of stuff you will need...
Turbo cylinder head
Turbocharger
Turbo oil & water lines
Intercooler
Intercooler Pipes
Injectors
Fuel pressure regulator
Etc Etc Etc

This has been done by Eric at Viking SAAB. He doesn't use APC, just the standard 900S EZK. ALSO (very important) he doesn't run much boost. Probably only 5-7 PSI at MAX.

Take a look into the project.
I'm sure help will be given along the way by some of the guys here on the board.
