I dont have detailed instructions, but ill try.
1: remove the grill (i think all bolts are torx bits)
2: pull out the plastic rivits holding the black plastic to the chrome grill.
3: cut all the horizontal and vertical "fins" of black plastic, but dont cut up the black plastic frame.
4: fit (dont put rivits back in yet) the black plastic back into the chrome and look from front to make sure you can see as little black plastic as possible, if any fins are sticking cut them more or sand down.
5: Sand down all bumps where the plastic fins were.
6: Sandwhich "Gutter Guard" in between chrome and black plastic and then just put the rivits back in.
7: I only had to cut the sides on my sheet of gutter guard, it was perfectly tall and was just as high as the grill on my 88 9kt. I dont know if you have a newer car, you will probably also have to cut the height of the gutter guard.
You can get gutter guard at Home Depot, it's cheap. Less than ten dolllars for WAYYY more than enough for your grill. It comes in a packgage with either five or seven sheets. It is called exactly "GUTTER GUARD"
good luck, post pics when youre done.
