Clutch/Tranny problem

I purchased a SD kevlar clutch and uprated pressure plate for my 1993 900t last fall, but never got around to installing it till to 2 weeks ago. Finally, I did the install along with having the flywheel resurfaced, all new seals, new bearings, and a new slave cylinder. After the install, the clutch never seemed to fully disengage in 2nd gear, you could just barely feel the clutch dragging at a stop sign. I then replaced the master cylinder, but that didn’t change anything. It drove ok for a week or so, shifting fine with just an occassional light drag in 2nd gear with clutch to the floor at stop sign. Now yesterday leaving work, the car becomes almost impossible to shift. The clutch pedal seems the same except that there was a lot of drag with the clutch to the floor. I can’t even get it into 1st gear and shifting into all gears is difficult. I think there is something wrong with the clutch disc. It is either the clutch disc or my tranny is going.
Could tranny going cause this dragging symptom with clutch fully disengaged?
I need help. I am getting very frustrated with this whole mess.
