rerunning an apc question Posted by Todd [Email] (#958) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Todd) on Thu, 7 Aug 2003 12:44:43 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I am brand new to the Saab world. I am just learning how to do things with my 1990 SPG. But the thing is I am not sure of some of the technical talk here in the posts area.
I know how to get to the APC box, and to adjust the p and f pot. But I am unsure of what they really do. What are these two things doing? I just put on a 3.0 bar fpr. And I was told that this would help to increase the power to my turbo. But at the same time I am sure I need to adjust the APC, but don't want to run the risk of blowing anything up. So how much is to much of an adjustment and how much is just right?
Also I saw a little something on checking for base boost. But that was an area that was a little to technical in words. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,
Todd Mullen
