It really depends on the model, year and where you plan to go with the changes.
On a stock t7 170hp 9-5 or 185hp 9-3 it will make a noticeable difference in both spool up and top end power. Less on an R motor (230/250) since they already have a slightly larger pipe. More increase with a modified ecm.
Like Ckpaden mentioned. You can get allot more bang for the buck with a modified ECM since ultimately the T7 will limit peak power. With airflow modifications you can broaden the useable power range without necessarily increasing peak power. Call if you want to discuss this further. 866.499.1068
