on my 91. Suppossedly the 91 9Kt's have the same springs as an Aero, but I'm not sure on this because the Aeros are heavier, esp in the back end. Not wanting to go any lower, I went with Konis and the SAS bars/poly bushings. Maybe it understeers a little more, and maybe the ideal would be a 25mm front and a 20-22mm rear, or maybe trying plain rubber bushings in the rear? Dunno, its fine like it is for me. I have 16" wheels(Super Aeros) and 50 series tires. Be sure to ask someone who knows if the Konis are stiff enough on compression for a stiffer spring. Do the front-rear lower susp bushings in poly also, I feel this is a very important upgrade.
