Since my car is a 1993, I have the bigger flywheel and clutch setup. I also purchased the PP and clutch together from SD and the Sachs plate look pretty robust. I think it might be sized wrong (PP too thick) thus not allowing the PP fingers to go out as far as they need to when the clutch is released to provide enough force on the clutch. SD is not very good about returning phone calls, but I am trying to contact them. This thing was not cheap.
