backpinn the o2 sensor while the engine is running warm set the DMM to volts DC on a low setting like 1-5 or 0-1 if possible if the o2 sensor is sitting at like .8 & is fixed (not moving) you are rich if its rich pull the blug on the AMM & turn the screw CCW about 3 turns rev the engine a bit & let it idle after a second or 2 it should swing if notrepeat till it does the other way to do this is to use volts DC average & play with the screw till you get .5-.6V
if you havent changed the o2 change it if you look at the o2 voltage & its low like .1V+- rev the engine while looking at the meter if the voltage dosent get up to at least .8V revving hot you o2 is bad & needs to be changed before you can do the rest if its flatlined low voltage the ECU opens up the injector PW to try to richen it but if the o2V dosent rise it allways runns rich so I guess I have this all a lil backwards so put the second paragraph first :-)
take care& good luck

PS also the stock ECU hits max AMM V at a pretty low RPM at full load thus the near 100% injector on time at as low as 3600RPM so you have bigger injectors but the fuel map hits max too erly so it runns rich erly & than cleans up a lil later thus my work on the eproms I can solve this problem now that my car is back up Ill get back to work on the chips the next one Ill do is 2.2 saab LH I think Ill make it run 35 LB HR injectors with a 3barfpr & mabey use a volvo AMM we will see Ill keep you posted
