Best settings for adjustable Konis?

I'm installing these tomorrow on my 9-3 and am looking to make the car handle as neutral as possible. I already have a larger rear sway bar, subframe brace and steering rack clamp & brace.
I assume the shocks should be stiffer in the rear than in the front but should I start with the rears at full stiff and the fronts at full soft? I don't want to swap ends but do want to lose as much understeer as possible.
Thanks!
D-Man
