this is the ball bearing GT28RS, avail for about $1100. looks like a great match for 2L or 2.3L, with about 320 max eng hp limit.
wheels size roughly like T3 compressor and T25 turbine, but with modern wheel and hsg design.
compre 1.86 x 2.37, 62 trim, .60 a/r
turbin 1.85 x 2.12, 76 trim, .86 a/r (optional .64)
