That has the LS1 v8, the gto is basically the same car with different front end and fuel tank location. The LS1 has been on the 'Vettes, z28's, ss's, t/a's for a few years now.

Tons of perf parts and great tuning software like ls1edit and hptuner that allows me do all the tuning via laptop.

The GTO guys are putting longtube headers on them and picking up 35hp at the wheels! Next, heads and cam.

Its a surprisingly cool car. Not very reminiscent of a GM car. The interior is awesome, the car platform is very stable, but with soem body roll when cornering hard.

And as much as I hate to admit it, this 3700lb car in stock form will outhandle my Viggen.
