It's correct that it's not the glass that's the limiting factor, it's the epoxy. Suppliers make high temperature epoxies, and if you buy enough stuff, they will even make prepreg-carbon with custom epoxy formulations.
If the question is what is used in aircraft, and you want to 'do it yourself' get the Aircraft Spruce and Specialty catalog. In reasonable quantities, that's the first place I'd look.
Plug molding is an established practice in composites, so I'd think if you wanted to fiddle with it, and you have original pipes to the correct shape, you could make molds.
Go to the patent office web site (uspto.gov) and look at US Patent No. 2995781 if you want to see a way of doing it. You'll need a tif viewer as a plug in to see the pictures. The Sipler patent uses bladder molding to form what looks like a radiator hose to me.
